Who is Ranjith, Really?

I was born in Warangal, India, in 1978. In 2007, my wife and I moved to the United States. At first, we struggled; however, because of my wife's moral support and my hard work, we were able to live a middle-class lifestyle. 

Before all this...

Picture this—I was navigating job interviews in Hyderabad, armed with judgment despite my English not being top-notch (I studied in Telugu).

Eventually, I caught a gig as an Audit helper for a humble Rs. 1500/month. My journey continued at Bajaj Electronics, gaining experience with numbers and business.

Life threw me a curveball with an accident when I was in Hyderabad.

But, in the face of change, I get through it. After a year's break, I ventured into part-time commerce lecturing.

In 2007, I found myself in the U.S., trained in Oracle Finance Applications to kickstart my tech career. The Journey wasn't straightforward- I even ran a limo service at one point, took a $12/hour accounting jobs, and navigated through a series of side gigs before I found my breakthrough in staffing, starting at $20/hour.

Today, I lead a company that growing with 30% average and has already helped 200+ candidates find the right job, with 15+ employees. It's been a ride full of twists and challenges, but every step has strengthened my resolve and shaped me into the business leader I am today.

What People Thought

When I first decided to start a staffing and recruiting company, people called it a "bad idea." Many thought I should play it safe and stick to being an IT professional. But deep down, I knew I wanted to create something bigger, something of my own.

Now, those same people who doubted me are part of my audience. What was once seen as unconventional is now a story of triumph that resonates with those who once doubted.

What have Changed

Before I started my business, life was a relentless hustle—I was the limo driver, the accountant, the guy running multiple jobs just to stay afloat. I didn’t own my time. I was always on the clock, always working for someone else.

But things are different now. I control my schedule, spend time with my family, and have the freedom to travel when I want. It’s not about just surviving anymore—it’s about thriving.

Networking didn't come naturally to me.

Following my friend's advice, I ventured into connecting with others in the industry. It meant expanding my network through heartfelt messages every day.

I explored every limit, from WhatsApp groups to cold emails and even contacting personal contacts. The journey involved financial losses and encounters with deceit, but each setback refined my approach.


Initially, I wanted to build a business by partnering with professionals who would grow with me.

But the reality was that most people preferred job security. So, I adapted. I launched a service to help others start their own businesses in the U.S. while continuing to build my internal team and personal brand.

This journey was tough particularly first 3 years of my business.

But through it all, I learned to trust my instincts, handle stress,

and make the tough decisions necessary to build a business.
